Corpay, a global S&P 500 company, is set to transform the way clients handle bill payments. The integration with FreeAgent will facilitate the management of cash flow through automated approvals, scanning, and direct payments, minimizing the need for manual data entry. Additionally, Corpay One simplifies reimbursements, credit notes, and vendor approvals, with a comprehensive audit trail available within FreeAgent.

Penfold: Simplify Pension Management
Penfold’s integration aims to make pension management easier. It allows for seamless tracking of pension contributions and payments, ensuring payroll information is accurate without manual input. Automated syncing between Penfold and FreeAgent ensures smooth handling of client pension data.

Adsum: Accelerate VAT Refunds
Adsum, a UK fintech company, offers rapid access to VAT refunds with their InstantVAT® service. Clients can receive VAT refunds in as little as 24 hours, with no paperwork required. The service is HMRC-accredited, providing reliability and an added benefit for FreeAgent clients: a discounted transaction fee of 1% on VAT refunds, compared to the usual 2%. Adsum’s OpenTax product also provides real-time insights into government payments for accountants and bookkeepers.
