New features from ApprovalMax including: updated navigation, line item level reports, scheduled summary emails to approvers, and more (May 2021)
Practice Staff is our new functionality that allows practices to add their employees as ApprovalMax users who can manage the organisations and subscriptions of customers.
For a more seamless experience and to make your work even more efficient ApprovalMax is launching a new in-product navigation, which you can enable manually after logging into the product.
ApprovalMax is making reports even more actionable and convenient: you can now generate reports with line item details and schedule reports generation and delivery to selected email addresses.
Now you can save time when creating new bills, by copying a purchase order. This feature is available for both Xero and QuickBooks Online.
When it’s necessary to show someone your workflow’s setup details, just go there and click on the “Export workflow” button to generate a PDF document with a text description of that flow.
This new feature brings additional flexibility to the notification settings and helps approvers to organise their work in a more efficient way.
