Find out how our powerful HR Software can help you and your team get back to normality when the time comes.
The recent announcement of a roadmap back to normality has, I’m sure, got many of you thinking about what’s next. A return to the office, hybrid working, seeing colleagues again and fostering a positive staff culture.
Our software has a number of features to help you with this transition…
The Government’s official guidance is still that teams should work from home where they can. But many of you need to have some of your staff working from your premises some of the time.
To help manage your obligations as an employer we’ve added a new seat booking feature to ensure you’re able to comply with the rules and get staff safely back to work.
Before you go down the route of bringing teams back into the workplace it is your responsibility to risk assess your plan and work out the best approach to take.
To help you do this we’ve created a Return To Workplace Questionnaire that you can use to ask important COVID-19 related questions such as “Have you or anyone in your household tested positive for COVID-19 in the past” and “Would you be considered at high risk (clinically extremely vulnerable) to coronavirus (Covid-19)?”.
Staff sentiment is all important at the moment, and our handy Staff Survey tool allows you to send out a one-off custom survey. You may use it to gather your team’s thoughts about returning to the workplace, or to gauge their mood.
You can choose for your survey to be anonymous to help get more honest feedback.
If you don’t currently have an employee of the month award, or equivalent, it’s worth considering as a great way to boost morale and reward positive staff behaviour.
At citrus HR we use this feature every month, encouraging employees to nominate their colleagues, and we announce the winner at the monthly staff meeting.
Do you know how your team is feeling and how that may have changed over time? It’s an important thing to monitor so that you are in touch with the general mood of your team, and it can raise early alarm bells if something is wrong.
The data is gathered into a Staff Satisfaction Trend Report so you can benchmark staff satisfaction over time, just as you might with your customer base using a Net Promoter Score.
