Since November 2022, FreeAgent has made it easier for Practice Partners to manage their clients' bank feeds with the 90-day reconsent feature. Now, FreeAgent is enhancing this functionality by allowing bulk updates of clients' bank feeds.

As the first accounting software to offer this capability, FreeAgent is confident that this improvement will significantly enhance efficiency in managing banking admin tasks.

A more efficient way to work

A new ‘Bank connections’ page has been introduced, enabling the viewing of all clients' bank feed statuses in one central location. This allows for easy bulk updates of connections, reducing the process from nine clicks per client to just three for all clients. This feature saves time and aligns bank feed expiry dates, reducing the frequency of updates. Additionally, alerts can be set up to remind users when clients' bank feeds are about to expire, eliminating the need for clients to re-establish their connections.

Market leading technology

FreeAgent's market-leading technology ensures that even if a client's bank feed expires, it can be reconnected by switching to the client's account and updating the feed. FreeAgent will automatically import data from the last transaction date, ensuring no data is missing.
